One caveat: Actually...the "Big Bang Theory" was first postulated by a priest-scientist named Georges Lemaitre...I'm familiar with the theory, that if anything, reinforces the Biblical story of Creation. I would suggest Dr Stephen Hawking's book, "A Brief History of Time" (it is), then compare that account to Genesis 1.
